This week’s visit from Christchurch Food Festival Education Trust was a fantastic introduction to ‘Grow it Cook it’ healthy eating and the value of eating local food and sustainability. Workshops were held on cooking, an understanding of taste and popular food brands, with the children creating some wonderful recipes which they all got to sample.
