COOKERY DAY AT TWYNHAM

The Christchurch Food Festival Education Trust has been carrying out sessions of Enhanced Cookery at Twynham school for Year 10 pupils. These were also attended by Grange Pupils taking GCSE food and nutrition. Subjects covered have been Jointing a chicken, Pasta and Filleting Fish.
