Ringwood School Cookery Challenge

Now in its fourth year this competition asks students to design a two-course meal using at least five fruit and vegetables and has been supported by James Golding Executive Chef of The Pig group of hotels. James visits the school with Mary Reader the organiser, and together they launch the competition with a demonstration and short talk. Students are then given advice of how to plan their menus. James and Mary return six weeks later to judge the final students’ results and the Trust provides the prizes.
